Calibrate facilitation pacing and mini-lesson sequencing
Check evidence artifacts for consistency and completeness
Deliverable: an implementation adjustments list plus updated facilitation decisions
3) Debrief Office Hours
Purpose: close the loop and convert the cycle into next steps.
Includes:
Review collected artifacts and outcomes
Identify policy, workflow, and training gaps revealed by evidence
Recommend what to repeat, revise, or expand next cycle
Define next-step roadmap and ownership
Deliverable: a 1-page debrief summary with next steps and recommended cycle sequencing
Format details
Delivery: live video session
Attendees: internal deployment lead plus up to a set number of staff (pick a cap you can support)
Scheduling: booked within a defined window after purchase (example: within 60 days)
Prep: buyer completes a short intake form before each session
Follow-up: written recap sent after each session with action items and owners
